Shipping & Handling

In Store Pickup - Except where otherwise noted, there is no fee for items ordered online and picked up in the store. Depending on the items ordered, your items may have to be shipped to the store before they are available for pickup. You will be notified by email when your items are ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates - Shipping rates are calculated based on the product(s) weight and the shipping destination. You will see the total shipping amount prior to completing your order.

Shipping Time - The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year.  Customers should expect a 7-21 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods - Merchandise will be shipped using UPS Ground Service where possible.  Some items may be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.  Depending on the products purchased, your items may arrive in separate shipments.

Shipping Address - Merchandise will only be shipped to the billing address on file with your credit card company or confirmed with PayPal.

International Shipping - Currently, merchandise will only be shipped within the U.S.

 

Returns

Damaged Shipments - Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier.  If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.  If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim.  We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.  However, if the carrier is unwilling to work with you, please let us know and we will do our best to help you resolve the situation.

Manufacturer Defects - If a product appears to have a manufacturer defect, contact our Customer Service department for instructions.  Do not return products to us without first receiving instructions and a Return Authorization Number.  No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.

Return Merchandise Policy - Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.  For questions about returning merchandise, please contact us at info@fourcornerscc.com.  The return of non-defective merchandise, when authorized, may incur a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.  Our return department will notify you of these fees (if applicable) at the time you are given a Return Authorization Number.  No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package.  No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the receipt of shipment.

Once a return is authorized by our return department, you should:

1. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.

2. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.

3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.  You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 to 21 business days of our receiving your return.

We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.  You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part.  The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

 

Sales Tax

Idaho Residents - 5% sales tax will be collected for all orders shipped to an Idaho address.

This Site operates AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE, without liability of any kind.  We are not responsible for events beyond our direct control.  This Policy is governed by Idaho law, excluding conflicts of law principles.  Any legal actions against us must be commenced in Idaho within one year after the claim arose, or be barred.
 


Security Notice

The security of your information is very important to us. That is why we offer secure transaction processing through PayPal.

If you choose to pay with a credit card through PayPal, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure server to complete your transaction. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) to verify funds and complete the transaction. Once you submit the transaction, you will be transferred back to Four Corners Computer Center.

If you have a PayPal account you can sign in with your username and password to make PayPal payments as usual. Before you even register or log in to PayPal, their server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher. Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. PayPal's servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers. Refer to http://www.paypal.com for further information. Once your transaction is complete on PayPal's server, click continue and you will be transferred back to Four Corners Computer Center.
